(Hope for Addictions/Dependencies) is a Christian alcohol/drug support ministry for those who struggle with drugs, alcohol & other addictions. We also support family/friends of such individuals.

Carrie began attending church in 1975, where she accepted the Lord into her life. When Bernie’s drinking became too intense for him to handle, he attended a counseling session with Carrie’s   pastor where he asked Jesus Christ into his life and was instantly delivered from the desire to drink alcohol. 

In 1983 they became affiliated with a Christian group “Deliverance Ministries”, where they worked until 1985. It was then that they felt the need to start their own alcohol/drug support ministry, hence HAD Ministries was started and is still going strong. HAD has thrived for the past 24 years and continues today under the        direction of Carrie. Bernie went to Heaven in 1994.

H.A.D. Ministries also conducts a church service each Sunday morning in a local recovery center for those who wish to attend.  Many souls are touched for eternity as they attend.
